Jasmine Lee

As EY Hong Kong Market Growth Leader, Jasmine works across business and industry sectors to identify emerging opportunities, foster innovation and strengthen collaboration, helping clients create long-term value. With nearly 30 years of experience, she advises financial institutions in Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland on transformation, growth and evolving market challenges.

Previously, Jasmine served as Managing Partner of the EY member firms in Hong Kong and Macau and led the firm's financial services practice in Hong Kong. She has advised senior executives on strategy, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory developments and operating model transformation.

Jasmine has a long-standing commitment to public service. She is Vice President of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Deputy Chair of its Greater Bay Area Committee. She is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Women's Federation. In addition, she serves on the Hong Kong SAR Government's Process Review Panel for the Securities and Futures Commission, Process Review Panel for the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority, Air Transport Licensing Authority and the Construction Industry Council's Investment Task Force. Jasmine is Chair of the Vocational Training Council's Accountancy Training Board and a Non-Executive Director (non-official) of the Urban Renewal Authority Board.
