Wai-duen has more than two decades of experience in infrastructure advisory. Her projects have covered market entry strategies, feasibility studies, due diligence, masterplans and risk management.

Her assignments are found in more than 20 countries in Asia and the Pacific, the Americas, Australasia, and Africa. The clients include multilateral agencies, central and local governments, financial institutes and investors, and developers.

Wai-duen has a master’s degree in City Planning from MIT after receiving her undergraduate degrees in Economics / Environmental Economics and Policy from UC Berkeley.
