Supply Chain and Operational excellence is high on the agenda of companies’ executives who are prioritizing resilience and agility throughout their operations. EY will be hosting a focused workshop with the aim to share valuable internal insights and case studies to show implementation of selected strategies within supply chain, with core focus on:

Building digital capabilities in manufacturing to transition towards the Factory of the Future – where organizations are required to simultaneously focus on operational excellence and digitalization activities, which will aim for the plant operations and quality to be predictable and consistent. In this workshop, we will address how to combine Manufacturing Excellence leading practices with digital OT/IT technology, in order to significantly increase performance and facilitate the journey towards a best-in-class operational excellence.

Automating logistics operations to transition towards Transport & Logistics Network of the Future – where organizations are required to simultaneously focus on operational excellence, inventory right sizing and best fit of automations in order to increase performance and SLAs while maintaining competitive costs. In this workshop, we will address deployed strategies and best practices within digital technology & leading robotics, to significantly increase performance and facilitate the journey towards a best-in-class Operational Excellence.

The event is dedicated to CEOs, COOs, Supply Chain, Production and Logistics Managers.
