Anna leads EY's Global Talent Development function and serves clients as a global People Advisory Services Partner for Ernst & Young LLP, focusing on helping EY clients deliver a transformational advantage through their people agenda.
Having joined EY in January 2006 as a Senior Manager, Anna has held several senior roles over the years, including the position of EY Global New Services Leader. In her role, she focuses on areas such as digital transformation, performance improvement and change management.
Anna earned an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BA in French Literature and History from Kalamazoo College.
