Jan has been with EY since 2007. He became a partner in 2025 and assumed leadership of the valuation and modelling team at EY-Parthenon in July 2026. 

He specializes in the valuation of companies and their tangible and intangible assets, financial instruments including derivatives, non-performing loans, and real estate. He has extensive experience across industries, including financial services, energy, e-commerce, media, technology, and telecommunications, among others.
