Jana has been dealing with tax-related issues since 1997, when she became a member of the Chamber of Tax Advisors of the Czech Republic. She joined EY in 2002. 

She has many years of experience in international and Czech taxation. She specializes in corporate income tax and tax disputes. She also advises her clients on restructuring projects, including cross-border mergers, divisions, spin-offs, and corporate transactions. Her clients include large capital companies operating in various regulated industries, such as gaming and the chemical industry.
