Lucie Říhová is Head of the Tax Services department. She focuses on corporate income tax, international tax structuring, and tax issues of family businesses.

Lucie Říhová is Head of  Ernst & Young's Tax Services in the Czech Republic. She joined EY in 2004. She also leads EY Private, which focuses on family businesses and high-net-worth individuals.

She has extensive experience in consulting, particularly in the areas of corporate income tax, international tax structuring, including debt financing, intra-company transactions, and the creation of holding structures.

She also specializes in various management remuneration systems (stock and option plans, phantom shares, etc.).

She works primarily with global technology companies, Czech start-ups, e-commerce companies, and family businesses from a wide range of sectors.
