Petr is actively involved in initiatives focused on innovative trends shaping the future of manufacturing and the automotive industry, such as digitalisation, automation, electromobility, shared mobility and autonomous driving. He is also one of the founders of the Czech PMI (Project Management Institute) Chamber and a member of the Scientific Board of the Faculty of Business Administration at the Prague University of Economics and Business.
He has been working in consulting since 1996 and joined EY in 2002. He has gained extensive professional experience primarily in the automotive and manufacturing sectors, and has also worked with clients in telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and the public sector. Over the years, he has led consulting projects for management focused on strategy development, organisational change management, process improvement and cost optimisation. His past and present clients include Asahi Breweries, AstraZeneca, BMW, HOPI, Johnson & Johnson, L'Oréal, Merck, Porsche CEE, Porsche Czech Republic, Roche, SKANSKA, ŠKODA AUTO, Slovak Telekom, T-Mobile, Unilever, UNIPETROL and Veolia.
He earned his MBA from Warwick Business School in the UK and pursued PhD studies at the Prague University of Economics and Business between 2016 and 2018.
