EY's Talent Training is an educational initiative for students with an interest in a future career within management consulting.
By participating in the program, you will improve your skills relevant for a career in management consulting and you will get an extensive view into the world of consulting by executing hands-on exercises and working on real-life cases to ensure a steep learning curve.
The Talent Training program
EY's Talent Training program will run for six sessions non-consecutively, starting from September to December 2025. The first event is on 24 September and the last event is on 3 December.
You will gain insight into your own strengths and how to put your competencies into play within a team. Each session will center around a specific topic designed to sharpen your competencies within problem-solving, structured communication, presentation techniques and provide you with insights into the everyday life of a consultant.
EY consultants will guide you and provide group-based feedback based on performance in group activities throughout the sessions. Likewise, EY consultants will take you through how to solve a case together based on the frameworks covered in the sessions and give tips and tricks for case interviews.
Unique networking opportunities
The workshop sessions will include a networking dinner. Here, you will get the chance to learn more about consulting areas within EY, industries, and a lot more. During these dinners, you will get opportunities to meet a lot of consultants from EY with various backgrounds and competencies.
Through the Talent Training program, you will also get the chance to engage and bond with the other participants. We welcome students from all Danish universities - whether you come with a background within technology, cybersecurity, economics, engineering, communication, data analytics, or something completely different.
At EY, we acknowledge that diverse teams’ performance accelerates when various competences are combined, and therefore we make a conscious effort to select a diverse group of students, in terms of academic background, work experience, personality, gender and nationalities, with the goal of providing stimulating discussions and unique perspectives.
