EY's Talent Training is an educational initiative for students with an interest in a future career within management consulting.
By participating in the program, you will improve your skills relevant for a career in management consulting and you will get an extensive view into the world of consulting by executing hands-on exercises and working on real life cases to ensure a steep learning curve.
The Talent Training program
EY's Talent Training kicks off 1 October 2020 and spans six consecutive Thursdays, ending on 5 November 2020.
In the beginning of the program you will gain insight into your own strenghts and how to put your competences into play within a team. Each session will center around a specific topic designed to sharpen your competences within problem solving, structured communication, presentation techniques respectively and provide you with insights into the everyday life of a consultant.
The Talent Training program is also focused on digital enablers, where topics such as RPA, AI, Cyber and Data Science will be introduced and discussed. Thoughout the sessions, you will be given feedback by EY consultants.
At the last session, you will take part in the final case competition where you will apply your learnings and present your solution in front of a jury along with your group.
Unique networking opportunities
Each workshop session will include a networking dinner. Here, you will get the chance to learn more about consulting areas within EY, industries, ideas and a lot more. During these dinners, you will get opportunities to meet a lot of EY Consultants with various backgrounds and competencies.
You are eligible for participating in EY's Talent Training, if you are a student, currently finishing the last year of your bachelor’s degree, first or second year of your master’s degree.
