We open for applications again fall 2026

Are you a number cruncher, a strategist, an operational specialist – or something completely different? If you are interested in making a difference for local and global companies in reaching their strategic objectives – Mergers & Acquisitions could be something for you! Join Women in M&A and become part of our amazing network of women, who share the same interest as you.

What is Women in M&A?

Women in M&A is a female network program with the vision to build a broad, meaningful network of women who share the same curiosity. The aim is to share questions, wonders, and experiences of what it is like working within different fields of M&A. We offer you a meaningful and informal network where you can share your personal and professional interests and receive insights into what it is like to work in a high-paced environment within EY.

Program

Women in M&A consist of three events. Each event will be fun and unique and will contain a mixture of inspiring debates, talks of M&A and corporate working, cozy dinners, social gatherings, and a fun sport event.

We open for applications again fall 2026.

You are eligible to participate in EY's Women in M&A if you are either a second- or last-year bachelor or a master's student. Most importantly, we expect you to be interested in the world of M&A and curious to meet like-minded women.
