With over 20 years of experience in the legal field, Anders has developed deep expertise in drafting and negotiating complex IT contracts.
Prior to joining EY, he served as in-house legal counsel for a global information technology services and consulting company. Anders was part of a select group of attorneys supporting strategic deals, and his role involved negotiating major IT infrastructure and application contracts across various Northern European markets. Before this, Anders was stationed in London, where he worked to operationalize the company’s global agreements with its strategic partners.
Anders’ journey in the legal profession began at a large Danish law firm, where he gained extensive experience with IT and technology agreements, including systems development, outsourcing, and licensing.
Anders holds a Master of Laws from Aarhus University.
