As a consultant in EY's Climate Change and Sustainability Services, Piet works to assist companies in developing strategies to achieve CSRD and SFDR compliance and is a member of EY’s cross-border Double Materiality taskforce, developing EY products for clients to execute on CSRD requirements.
Additionally, Piet supports clients active in the private equity industry with ESG-Due Diligences, identifying ESG-risks and opportunities and mitigating risks of unnecessary value depletion.
Piet has worked with climate and sustainability throughout his career and has worked for both public organizations in the Netherlands and with large companies across different sectors.
Piet holds an MSc in Climate Change from the University of Copenhagen.
