With over 15 years of experience, Rasmus Bjorholm has led transformative projects across HR, Payroll, IT and Finance. He drives global HR technology initiatives with a strong focus on M&A and the health sector, managing everything from traditional implementations and optimizations to HR tech due diligence. He specializes in leading HR technology workstreams through complex transactions.

Rasmus has extensive experience in designing and implementing architectural and operating models for HR and payroll, vendor selection, and system implementation for HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance solutions. His skillset also includes ERP system implementations, database setup, robotics, and artificial intelligence.
