Torben Hartz is Partner in EY's Strategy and Transactions practice and head of EY's Infrastructure Advisory and Real Estate Corporate Finance, which provides advice on the transport sector, large infrastructure projects and other public building and construction projects.
Torben has 25 years' experience from the financial sector, businesses and the consultancy industry. He is a sector specialist in the fields of infrastructure and real estate and has advised a wide range of ministries, authorities and municipalities.
Torben has many years of experience in providing advice on financial affairs, risks, project management, management reporting, financial analyses and benchmarking and he also provides advice on OPP/OPS.
Torben is Nordic head of EY's Real Estate services in relation to acquisition and sale of real estate. Torben is also a member of EY's Nordic leadership in Government, Infrastructure & Health as a representative for Strategy and Transactions
He is also responsible for the Social Entrepreneurship – Future Impact category in EY Entrepreneur Of The Year.
