William specializes in transaction tax matters handling due diligence and tax structuring exercises in complex M&A transactions, in particular involving private equity clients and large multinationals.
William holds an LLM from Aarhus University. Before joining the EY organization, he practiced as a lawyer with a Copenhagen law firm, having been a member of the Danish Bar Association from 2014 to 2019.
