Emma is a Director at EY-Parthenon, with more than eight years of experience in M&A strategy, growth strategy, and due diligence, as well as running integrations and carve-outs.
Emma primarily works with Advanced Manufacturing and Mobility clients.
Before joining EY-Parthenon, Emma was part of the Supply Chain & Operations services within EY Consulting.
Emma was selected as one of the 10 top talents under the age of 35 in management consulting and professional services in Sweden by Nova Talent in 2022.
Emma holds an MSc in Technology Management from Lund University Faculty of Engineering and a BSc in Business and Economics from Lund University School of Economics and Management.

Including growth strategy, digital strategy, commercial and operational due diligence as well as carve-out and post-merger integration. While her focus is on advanced manufacturing and automotive, she also has experience from a wide set of industries including retail, telecommunication and energy.
