  • Delivers scalable payroll operations, improved accuracy and service quality through integrated processes, governance and reporting
  • Combines global scale, deep payroll expertise and local reach to help manage complex employee populations while ensuring a seamless experience across geographies

The EY organization today announces a strategic alliance between Strada, a leading people, payroll and technology provider, and Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) designed to set a new standard in how multinational organizations manage global payroll and workforce solutions.

Building on EY US’s established global payroll, tax, mobility and workforce advisory capabilities, the EY-Strada Alliance combines these strengths with Strada’s global payroll technology, certified integrations and professional services with leading human capital management platforms, global payment capacities and deep experience in processing payroll for the world’s largest employers.

The Alliance expands the value that can be delivered to clients seeking integrated, scalable approaches to evolving workforce priorities and global payroll operations, from fully managed models to tech-enabled in-house payroll and hybrid combinations across geographies. In addition, the Alliance reduces vendor fragmentation and gives multinational organizations greater flexibility, stronger compliance and a single governance framework for payroll and workforce enablement.

Gerard Osei-Bonsu, EY Global People Advisory Services Tax Leader, says:

“This Alliance fundamentally changes how global payroll is delivered. Together with Strada, EY teams are combining deep payroll knowledge, broader workforce services and operational capabilities with leading payroll technology, helping large, complex global organizations simplify their payroll landscape, consolidate vendors and operate with greater confidence. Clients gain more workforce flexibility and choice in how their payroll is delivered all under a single, globally governed structure with real-time insights, stronger compliance and greater operational efficiency.”

Colin Brennan, Chief Executive Officer at Strada, says:

“Payroll remains an exceptionally complex and high-risk function, and increasingly enterprises are looking to consolidate that responsibility with a small number of trusted partners. Together, Strada and EY US bring a model that connects technology, local expertise, compliance, data and services into an integrated global payroll and workforce solution. The Alliance provides organizations with the breadth and depth of services and technology they need to manage their workforce across every market they operate in.”

The EY-Strada Alliance signals a new chapter in global payroll and workforce solutions, moving beyond fragmented, legacy approaches to a model built for control, governance and confidence at a global scale.
