EY M&A advisor to OX2 on the sale of a 23MW French AgriPV project

OX2, a leading European renewables developer, has signed an agreement to sell an AgriPV project of 23 MW, located in France to CVE.

The sale represents OX2’s first project divestment in France and the first AgriPV project for OX2.

This project located in the Loiret region, has been developed by OX2 and will consist of fixed-tilt solar panels over a flock of c. 300 sheep, with a total annual production of c. 29GWh. Construction will be carried out by CVE, a French independent producer of renewable energy, and commissioning is planned for the first quarter of 2026.
