Christian S. Johansen is a Partner at EY, Head of the Life Sciences Sector at EY Nordic and EY Denmark His experience has given him focus on developments, business models, technology and other aspects within the industry. He works for major global companies and start-ups within biotech, pharma, medico, MedTech and others. He is often called on as an introductory speaker and expert in the media.
Christian has experience auditing Danish and foreign global groups and possesses specialised insight into IFRS, US GAAP, financial reporting and internal audits, including SOX 404. He has also worked with several stock exchange listings in Denmark, Sweden and the USA.
Christian is responsible for the Life Sciences category for EY Entrepreneur of The Year.
He is a state-authorised public accountant and holds an MSc in Business Administration and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School (CBS). Christian was posted to EY in the USA for a period and, over the past five years, he has spent quite a lot of time working in Zurich.
