As a Partner responsible for People Advisory Services at EY Finland, Eva’s core responsibilities include enabling clients’ organizational, human resource (HR) and culture transformations. She has previously worked as a CHRO, human capital lead consultant and HR technology consultant.
As for her educational endeavors, she has pursued MSc. in Economics and Business Administration from Turku School of Economics.
How Eva is building a better working world
My idea of building a better working world is to be able to help clients transform their organizations, culture and HR function and be more driven by people-centricity and technology enablement. I have led operating model and process development projects, HRIT architecture design and vendor selections; worked on employee experience design, people analytics development, employee listening projects, HR tech implementation projects and workplace transformations. I particularly enjoy helping clients envision and define their future of work and organizations.
