Joonas works as a Director in EY’s Strategy and Transaction team in Helsinki. He has a versatile experience from financial due diligences, including both sellside and buyside engagements to both corporate and private equity clients. He is part of EY’s Private Equity and Technology/ IT services sector teams.
Prior to transactions Joonas worked for four years in EY’s audit services.
He has a master’s degree in Accounting from Aalto University.
