Until the end of 2025, Julian was Database Product Manager for PL/SQL and JSON and he is the first Oracle Certified Master in Europe (back in June 2002). He has been also an Oracle ACE Director since 2009.
In the past, Julian was a Global Database Lead in Consultancy. His primary responsibility was managing and leading the Global Database Platforms which included Autonomous Cloud, IaaS, PaaS, Database Services, Engineered Systems, Security and all other areas falling under Database Engineering (all DB brands).
Julian has experience and knowledge in the retail, banking, telecom and high-tech sectors. He has been a consultant and database architect for several Fortune 500 companies and global IT projects.
