Kero is a Director with EY’s People Advisory Services practice in Finland focusing on the client service management as well as on tax and social security compliance in cross-border employment and global mobility situations.
Kero joined EY in 2010 from the Finnish tax authority. He has a Master of Laws Degree from the University of Lapland.

“My goal is to provide our clients with timely, compliant, pragmatic and solution focused advice where all the relevant aspect are covered and accounted for. I am looking to understand both the business needs and the internal framework of our clients to tailor our co-operation in a manner which will mitigate and remove their obstacles for the smooth business operations.
During my tenure with EY, I have been working together with various small and big Finnish based multi-national companies and their service vendors to ca-manage their international compliance obligations, as well as to improve their internal processes.
