Pekka is an experienced corporate law professional who has worked at EY since 2008. Pekka focuses mainly in company law matters, but also advises clients in various other legal matters such as dispute resolution.
Pekka advices both small and medium sized enterprises and listed companies in wide range of projects from the drafting of individual documents to large scale cross-border mergers and acquisitions. In these projects EY’s globally integrated professional network provides our clients top of the line services. Pekka has acted as a project manager in several incorporation and clearance projects in the public health sector and he has also other extensive experience in the health sector.
