Tuomas is a Partner with the EY Finland People Advisory Services practice focusing especially on global mobility and rewards. He joined EY in 2006 after having previously worked e.g. for the Finnish tax authorities from 2001 to 2004 and the tax department of the Finnish Ministry of Finance (International Tax Matters) from 2004 to 2006. He has a Master of Laws degree from the Helsinki University, complemented by studies in economics at Aalto University School of Business.
