Elias is an EY Partner and the Head of EY’s Consulting in Greece. In addition, he is the EY Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) South Cluster Technology Consulting Leader, and serves as EY CESA and Greece Consulting Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility Leader. Since 2013, Elias has been leading EY's Center of Excellence for Data, Analytics & AI in Greece and is responsible for EY’s Data, Analytics and AI competency across the CESA region.
He has very broad experience in providing consulting services, having led a large number of projects concerning data analytics, customer-centric strategy, digital transformation, innovation, IT systems and risk management. He is leading highly specialized teams with strong quantitative background and industry-specific expertise, focusing on areas such as machine learning and AI, modelling, optimization, and visualization.
Before joining EY in 2007, Elias has worked for several years at an incubator and at one of the most successful Greek start-ups.
Elias holds a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and an Eng.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston, and an Executive MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
