Ferenc is Associate Partner of Strategy and Transactions with more than 20 years’ experience in Corporate Finance, buy and sell side M&A, business planning, feasibility studies, valuation, infrastructure regulation and transaction negotiations.
Prior to joining EY Ferenc worked at Barclays Bank, Rabobank and the Hungarian-American Enterprise Fund.
Ferenc has project managed more than 25 M&A transactions, including lead advisory, valuation, structuring, negotiation and pricing support.
Beside sell and buy side assignments Ferenc has executed a large number of market researches, commercial due diligences for potential foreign investors
Ferenc obtained his degree in Economics at the Budapest University of Economics and a post-graduate degree in Law at the Eötvös Lóránd University also in Budapest.
