Amiya has over 18 years of experience consulting to large Fortune 500 clients across the Americas, Europe and Asia.

His experience includes the entire M&A life cycle, starting with strategy, due diligence, post-merger integration, divestiture/carve-out, spins and operational performance improvement across consumer goods, retail, Hi-tech & energy sectors.

Prior to joining EY, he was a Principal at a global management consulting firm.

Amiya holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from India.
