As a Partner in Strategy and Transactions, Hertanu responsibilities includes origination and execution of M&A transactions in Indonesia. He has over 20 years of corporate finance experience advising on M&A transaction, divestiture, acquisition, deal structuring, valuation and capital market transactions.
Prior to joining Ernst & Young Indonesia, Hertanu worked with EY Singapore M&A team. He has completed more than 30 transactions in Indonesia and the region throughout his career as M&A advisor.
He earned a Bachelor of business from Edith Cowan University, Australia and a Master of Commerce from Curtin University of Technology, Australia.

Hertanu’s work spans many economic sectors. He has played the role as lead advisor for the capital agenda of numerous companies in Indonesia engaged in healthcare, financial, consumer, and palm oil plantation, among other things.
