How Karin is building a better working world

“Businesses play a critical role in society through defining their success with equal respect to multiple stakeholder groups – employees, suppliers, customers, shareholders, society at large – and through applying their core competencies profitably to help make the world a better place.

The role that I play at EY leading the Global Strategy group as well as WFF allows me to be a ‘connector of dots’ across stakeholders and to nurture inclusiveness both within EY and with outside organizations.”
