Mark leads the EY Americas Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) Initial Public Offering (IPO) and Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) Advisory practice, assisting clients in evaluating and navigating IPOs, SPAC mergers, direct listings and private capital raises. He has worked with management teams and boards for more than two decades as a capital markets advisor, an equity capital markets investment banker, and a corporate and securities lawyer, providing critical insights to help navigate the complexities of public listings.
Prior to joining Ernst & Young LLP, Mark was a managing director in equity capital markets investment banking at major global investment banks. Before investment banking, Mark was a corporate and securities lawyer at a leading capital markets law firm and a staff attorney in the SEC’s Division of Corporation Finance.
Mark received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University and his Doctor of Law (JD) from Brooklyn Law School.
