Mauricio has over 10 years of experience in strategy consulting. He is a Director at EY-Parthenon, focusing on in the public and para-public sectors.

Based in Paris, he has worked with various levels of government (EU institutions, central administrations, agencies, public enterprises, and local authorities) across sectors such as the economy, education, security, environment, and culture in multiple countries.

In the public sector, Mauricio leads strategic initiatives like strategic planning, public policy design and evaluation, investment attractiveness and assessment of public investment. He also heads key operational transformations such as performance improvement and process reengineering.

In the para-public and private sectors, he has advised on diversification strategies, service portfolio development, and go-to-market strategies.

Prior to consulting, Mauricio was a civil servant focused on public policy evaluation. He studied at Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA) in France and holds degrees from Sciences Po Paris and the Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Brazil (UNICAMP).
