Natalia leads the EY artificial intelligence (AI) commercial strategy for EY.ai. She has over 25 years of experience in business dynamics and emerging technologies. Known for her innovation and problem-solving skills, Natalia has a proven track record in various sectors.

At the EY organization, Natalia has held key roles in business development, marketing and strategic technology alliances, serving prominent FTSE100 clients. She has implemented advanced technology and innovation agendas, notably through EY wavespaceTM initiatives in the UK and Europe.

Before EY, she spearheaded business development at market-leading firms and held C-level relationships in finance and HR.

Prior to her technology and professional services career, Natalia held advisory roles in finance and diplomatic positions with the European Commission and UN. She was also a European correspondent for a Chinese newspaper.

Natalia is an alumna of Oxford University and a regular speaker at international conferences.
