Nitya is an EY Indonesia Tax Partner with over 16 years of experience in the tax field. Her focus sectors include banking and capital market, wealth and asset management, and life insurance. Prior to joining EY Indonesia, she completed her bachelor’s degree in tax from Universitas Indonesia. As a business tax service advisor, she believes that financial service is a highly regulated industry and one of the most important sectors in the economy. Nitya understands that one of this industry’s objectives is to comply with the tax regulation in order to fully support Indonesia’s tax government.
How Nitya is building a better working world
Nitya actively contributes as speaker in various events organized by clients, financial institution associations, FSO Tax (Indonesia and APAC) as well as trainings done by other EY service lines. She believes by sharing her knowledge and experiences, she would inspire people to find their career’s purpose. Additionally, Nitya has often delivered practical insights for university students by volunteering as a guest lecturer. She believes that university is one of the places where brilliant talents are shaped, which EY may need in the future to support our purpose in building a better working world.
