Purandar has spent 25 years in the Strategy and Transactions business. He has been involved in M&As across the globe, having served clients in Europe, the Americas, and in Asia since 2001.
He provides clients in Singapore and across Asia with support in deal structuring, due diligence, working capital and related financing analysis and accounting consultation.
