Reuben is EY Indonesia Corporate Finance and M&A leader at PT Ernst & Young Indonesia. He has led numerous local and cross-border M&A transactions across Asia Pacific region. His work includes acquisition, divestiture, fund raising, deal structuring, valuation.
Reuben also focuses in helping company to prepare their IPO journey, advise the right valuation and finding the right partner before the IPO. His previous projects span across financial services (banking and consumer finance), system integrator and technology, healthcare, and retail. Reuben holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan and a master’s degree in Finance from National University of Singapore.
