As EY-Parthenon Americas Deals Leader, Rye oversees teams that provide various forms of diligence advice to clients as they work through complex capital events. He has guided multiple private equity and corporate clients on hundreds of transactions across a variety of industries.

For more than 20 years, Rye has worked on various types of transaction-related projects, including public-to-private deals, middle-market buyouts, add-on acquisitions, seller support and strategic readiness, and working capital management.

Rye received his BS in Accounting and Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
