How Sheena is building a better working world

“I have worked with governments all over the world, helping them use digital technologies to improve the services they provide to citizens. This could involve improving financial well-being or streamlining pension, visa or tax services.

By aiding governments in enhancing their digital architecture, I play a crucial role in facilitating improved accessibility of vital services for citizens, while simultaneously enabling governments to boost efficiency and reduce paper usage.

I also lead the global EY organization’s digital academy solution for the government and infrastructure sector, which sources and develops digital capabilities within the civil service. We prioritize sourcing candidates from underprivileged, neurodiverse, under-represented and economically disadvantaged backgrounds.”
