EYPS staffing provides on-demand access to tax, accounting and payroll professionals

We are pleased to announce the establishment of EY Professional Support Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kenji Kasahara; hereinafter “EYPS”) on 1 October 2022. EYPS commenced its professional staffing services following the 30 September 2022 termination of the accounting, payroll and tax professional staffing services provided by EY Business Partners Co.

Tax departments perform important functions that generate corporate value, but recent spates of change in the business tax environment have generated new challenges for those tax functions. These challenges are diverse and include aging workforces, knowledge management, barriers to skill transfers, difficulties recruiting staff in local labor markets and demands for sophisticated multidisciplinary skill sets.

The professional staffing services offered by EYPS help our clients improve their tax, accounting and payroll functions with assistance from our insightful, experienced professionals who specialize in tax, accounting and payroll administration. Our customizable services cover a wide range of client staffing requirements, such as job duties and length of assignments.
