Ajay is the EY-Parthenon Global M&A Advisory Leader and heads the investment banking Advisory practice at EY India. He has significant deal experience across sectors including oil and gas, industrials, automotive, chemicals, consumer products and financial services. Ajay has advised some of the biggest Indian companies on buying assets in Africa, Europe and the US, and helped global corporations in acquiring businesses in India. He has also worked extensively with Indian companies, assisting them in raising private equity as well as debt.
