Asif’s experience lies in the sector of analytics, business intelligence, information management, technology-led business transformation programs and performance management frameworks. He has successfully managed AI and analytics projects involving multicultural teams of business users, technical groups, offshore and onsite development teams, and vendor teams.
He has led many large-scale information management programs across the world and has extensive experience in defining EDW/ BI roadmaps, master and reference data management, data governance and developing business cases. His work in BI/ EPM architecture and implementations spans across the financial services, energy, telecom, public sector and insurance sectors. Asif also conceptualized and owns the “Data maturity Pulse” and “Data Factory” offerings for EY MENA in the region.
Asif works closely with the regulators and entities in the region to shape more effective data-led transformations that enhance citizen experiences and boost organizational efficiencies.
