AIF Club Valuation Program registration conditions

There are limited places available, so early registration is strongly recommended.

To ensure an effective session, course attendees will be limited to a maximum of 30 people, meaning places will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. If the course is oversubscribed, we may run another session in due course.

Training fees

Rate: €2,250 per person

An early bird fee of €2,100 is applicable if your payment is made by 28 August 2026. After this date, the normal fee applies. Fees are subject to 17% VAT.

We are also offering a limited number of participants (maximum five out of 30) the flexibility to attend only the first and second days (Private Equity, Private Debt, Venture Capital, and Infrastructure valuation) or the third day (Real Estate valuation).

• The fee for 2 days attendance will be €1,900, with the Early Bird rate being €1,750.
• The fee for 1 day attendance will be €1,500, with the Early Bird rate being €1,350.

Conference fees include full access to the booked sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, networking drinks as well as pre-read and course materials.

Registration conditions

Your registration is valid for one delegate only.

Confirmation and payment

A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of registration to the registrant. The invoice will be sent by email to the billing contact provided during the registration process. Conference fees must be paid prior to the event. Full pre-payment is required.

Once you have registered for the program, an invoice will be prepared which will be sent to you as quickly as possible. Please be informed that this procedure could take a few days, therefore to ensure you meet the deadline of 28 August 2026 for the Early Bird fee, the following bank account details have been provided for immediate payment (of which the invoice will follow shortly after), by quoting the name and company for each attendee as well as the title and dates of the program as follows: “Program dedicated to valuation oversight professionals, 13-15 October 2026”.

For companies within the EU:

• For registrations from a VAT registered company, it is mandatory to provide a VAT number (for reporting purposes) in order to process your registration.
• For registrations from companies that are not VAT registered - please mark “N/A” in the VAT number section/field.

For companies outside the EU:

• For registrations received from all companies outside the EU, it is not mandatory to provide your VAT number, but please mark “Non-EU” in the VAT number section/field.

Name changes/Substitutions:

Please send a written notice to Romane Contignon by 5 October 2026. Part-time substitution is not possible.

Cancellations:

Must be made in writing and sent to Romane Contignon. If the cancellation is received by 11 September 2026, the registration fee will be reimbursed. For cancellations received after this date, or if registrants fail to attend, the full cost is due and no refund will be made.
