Kristy is a Senior Manager in the International Tax practice of EY Luxembourg. She advises multinationals on international tax matters related to their operating models and tax efficiencies, accompanying them during the life cycle of their business (i.e., setting up corporate structures in Luxembourg, implementing (re)financing structures, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition synergies, entity rationalization, internal corporate restructuring). Before that, she was advising multinationals on their inbound and foreign investments in different economic sectors in Ecuador, including cross-border restructurings and business reorganizations.
She is a licensed attorney in Ecuador, holds an Advanced LL.M. in International Tax Law from the International Tax Centre at Leiden University. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
