Lee is the EY Americas Center for Board Matters Leader and has vast experience working with executives and boards from high-growth private companies as well as large, multinational public companies. He currently serves on the EY US Governing Board.

In addition to being an audit partner, Lee has held numerous EY leadership roles including serving as EY Private leader for the Americas, EY US Central Region Growth Markets Leader, IPO leader and Director of the Entrepreneur Of The Year® Midwest Program at Ernst & Young LLP, as well as COO of the EY Assurance services in the UK and Ireland.

An active member in Chicago’s entrepreneurship ecosystem, Lee sits on a number of boards and committees including the Big Shoulders Fund, The McCormick Foundation and the Economic Club of Chicago.

Lee holds a BS in Accounting from California State University, Hayward.
