Louis Le Roux

Louis Le Roux is a Senior Manager in EY Luxembourg’s Private Equity practice, leading audits for regulated and unregulated PE, Venture Capital and Fund of Funds vehicles. Since 2015, Louis has been servicing global PE houses, middle-market PE players and family offices.
Louis coordinated and managed external audits for alternative investment funds. His role involves coordination with international teams across Europe and United States on engagements subject to different regulations.
Louis is a Certified Public Auditor (“Réviseur d’Entreprise Agréé”) and Certified Public Accountant (“Expert‑Comptable”). He holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Audit from ICN Business School (France). He is also part of EY Luxembourg Training Committee and knowledgeable in valuation of private assets.
With 11 years in external audit and a US secondment supporting one of EY’s largest PE clients, Louis brings deep experience across IFRS, US GAAP and Luxembourg GAAP, statutory and contractual audits, controls reviews, and financial analysis and valuation in line with IPEV guidelines.
