Nicolas is a partner in our Luxembourg Wealth and Asset Management practice, with 19 years of experience providing audit services to international companies within the asset management and financial services industries in Luxembourg.
Nicolas is highly experienced in the external audit of investment funds, hedge funds, funds of hedge funds, management or insurance and reinsurance companies of cross-border promoters, served in Luxembourg by international central administration and depositary players.
He is heavily involved in the preparation of ISAE 3402/SSAE 18 reports covering the Luxembourg activities (central administration, registrar agency and depository) of international financial institutions.
He is experienced in managing IFRS, US GAAP and Luxembourg GAAP engagements and leads in the WAM audit methodology team within EY Luxembourg, which focuses on developing the audit procedures and methodology.
