Olivier’s expertise is mainly in advice on various Luxembourg and multinational organizations operating in the real estate, banking, asset management and private equity sectors.
He also advised on restructuring, regarding matters linked to VAT and cash flow opportunities and regularization.
He worked with several major real estate groups, banks and asset managers on various VAT issues relating to complex transactions, matters in relation to outsourcing and the treatment of cross border services.
Olivier’s expertise includes assistance of its audit colleagues in respect of VAT matters within the scope of statutory audit, TP colleagues within the scope of the Luxembourg TP legislation as well as of his TT colleagues within the scope of due diligence services.
Olivier is also in charge of the Luxembourg VAT compliance work done by EY for major Private Equity and Real Estate structures, International Banks, Insurance companies, Funds and Management companies established in Luxembourg.
