Vincent is a Partner, experienced Luxembourg-based risk professional with extensive insight of the local banking industry. He is the Basel III leader for EY Luxembourg, in regular contacts with the local industry where Vincent has been active for over 25 years. He is an active member of the working groups organized by the ABBL, Luxembourg's Banking Association, on the local implementation of Basel LLL / CRD IV & CRR.
Vincent is active in designing and managing pragmatic risk management solutions, from the selection of the appropriate metrics, IT implementation, reporting and escalation procedures covering all risk types (Credit and Counterparty, Market, Operational and Liquidity).
Vincent graduated in Economics & Operational Research Specialization at Solvay Business Engineering School. He holds a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification from Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
