As Group CEO, Adrian manages over 20 offices around the world on a group level with assistance from each subsidiary’s top management. Adrian’s responsibilities include leading continuous business growth, managing business portfolio by diversification, and sustainability of the organization. Keeping operations running at their optimum level is a key mandate. This similar momentum is stretched to Marketing and Sales in the effort to reach out to clients at every corner of the world. It is his personal aspiration to ensure that the Mega Fortris Group of Companies, through its CSR programs, make endless contributions to society; followed by efforts to see to the preservation of and improvement to the global environment. Both the former and the latter have been key considerations in approving projects.
