Ganesh Kumar Bangah is currently the Chairman of the National Tech Association of Malaysia (“PIKOM”). He is also the Champion of the ICT Nexus of the Malaysian Productivity Council, a member of the Special Task Force to Facilitate Business (PEMUDAH) and a Board member of MaGIC, the Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Center.
Ganesh is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Commerce.Asia, an all-in-one eCommerce ecosystem with a database of 7,000,000 SMEs across South East Asia and over 5,000 online sellers with an annual volume of over RM500m a year. He was the Founder of MOL Global Inc. (“MOL”), South East Asia’s first internet company to be listed on the NASDAQ and served as the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MOL for 15 years since its inception. Ganesh was certified by the Malaysia Book of Records as the youngest Chief Executive Officer of a public listed company and has won numerous awards including the EY Technology Entrepreneur of the Year 2012 Malaysia and the Prestige Top 40 under 40 2012 award.
